Christmas Party
A joint Christmas party of the members of the Bridge Club and the Musical Group took place at the Education Centre on the 11th December. Under the direction of musical director Mary Tansey the musical group gave rousing renditions of many popular songs, Christmas carols with solo performances by Pat Burke, John Mc Gagh and Caroline Kelly reciting her own composition – “The Streets of Galway’. This was great lunchtime entertainment with the food and drinks supplied by members of the Bridge Club.
