Chairpersons and sectaries of the R.T.A branches around the country attended a meeting in Dublin to review our lobby of public representatives regarding the reversal of the eligibility of over 70s for medical cards. Mary Harney, Minister of Health, has assured us that there will be no witch hunt of members who have not returned their forms. Those marginally over the limit of income allowed will not be targeted.
